We are always seeking new members, and it doesn't matter whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced player. You are welcome to come along to our club sessions as a visitor to have a go. If you prefer to just hire courts casually with your friends, you can do that using our Prepaid Casual membership option.

We supply the shuttles and lights for club play, and we have a few racquets you may borrow for your first visits. You must wear non-marking soft-soled shoes. Club members who wish to compete with other clubs may be affiliated to Waitakere Badminton Assocation and through them to Badminton NZ.

Senior club runs straight after Juniors for players at least 16 years old. Senior members can get their own key to use the courts all year round, and our members can enter competitions run at Waitakere Badminton Association. If you are interested in getting a key to use the courts, see the new members page for details.

Senior Club normally runs from early February until October / November, and casual players are welcome to join in on club nights, by paying a casual fee of $6.

Our Mid-Week Club for men and women runs from early February until November. You're welcome to join us to play casually by paying a casual fee of $6. You can bring pre-school children with you - we share child supervision in a safe lounge area. From time to time we run fun or competitive events on club days.

For players who just want to hire our courts, we offer a casual prepaid membership option.  You pay an annual subscription and load court-hire credit onto your key.  Court time is then charged against your key at the rate of $10 per hour.  When you run out of credit you can simply 'top up' your key for additional time. Top ups must be at least $60.
